How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel before your next billing cycle by emailing support@rolegrowth.com.

To cancel:

  1. Email support@rolegrowth.com with subject "Cancel subscription"
  2. Include your account email address
  3. We process cancellation within 24 hours

What happens after cancellation:

  • Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • After that your account moves to Free automatically
  • All your data is fully preserved: resumes, jobs, cover letters, interview history
  • You can re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access

Refund policy:

  • Cancel within 7 days of your first subscription: full refund, no questions asked
  • After 7 days: no refund for the current month but you keep access until period end
  • To request a refund: email support@rolegrowth.com within 7 days of payment

If you have landed a job and do not need RoleGrowth right now, just cancel.

Your data stays safe. Come back when you need it again.
