How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel before your next billing cycle by emailing support@rolegrowth.com.
To cancel:
- Email support@rolegrowth.com with subject "Cancel subscription"
- Include your account email address
- We process cancellation within 24 hours
What happens after cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
- After that your account moves to Free automatically
- All your data is fully preserved: resumes, jobs, cover letters, interview history
- You can re-subscribe at any time to regain Pro access
Refund policy:
- Cancel within 7 days of your first subscription: full refund, no questions asked
- After 7 days: no refund for the current month but you keep access until period end
- To request a refund: email support@rolegrowth.com within 7 days of payment
If you have landed a job and do not need RoleGrowth right now, just cancel.
Your data stays safe. Come back when you need it again.
