Is my payment information safe?

Yes. RoleGrowth does not store your card details.

Payments are processed by Razorpay for India and Lemon Squeezy internationally.

Both are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security.

Can I get a tax invoice?

Invoices are shared for every successful payment. Final amount and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons: insufficient balance, card not enabled for online transactions,

UPI daily limit reached, or bank blocked the transaction.

Try a different payment method or call your bank.

My payment went through but I am still on the Free plan.

Wait 5 minutes and refresh the page. This resolves in almost all cases.

If still on Free after 10 minutes, email support@rolegrowth.com with your payment reference number.

We fix this within 2 hours.

Is there a student discount?

Not currently. If you are a student, the Free plan covers basic needs.

Email support@rolegrowth.com with your college ID for a possible courtesy upgrade.

Can I share my account?

No. RoleGrowth accounts are individual. Sharing violates our Terms of Service.

Each job seeker needs their own account for personalised AI features to work correctly.
